Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Vice AI retains ownership of pre-existing tools, methods, templates, and internal systems. Upon full payment, the client receives the agreed rights to the final deliverables created specifically for their project, subject to any third-party licenses.
You agree not to use the website or any Vice AI deliverable for unlawful, harmful, fraudulent, infringing, or abusive purposes. Vice AI may refuse service where the intended use creates legal, ethical, or reputational risk.
Projects may rely on third-party software, hosting providers, APIs, plugins, or communication services. Vice AI is not responsible for outages, policy changes, or limitations caused by third-party platforms outside its control.
